The ZSQ dry ash bulk loader is mainly used for loading and unloading bulk cement and powdered materials in building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, grain and other departments. The machine has the characteristics of automatic control of the entire loading process, strong process adaptability, no dust, reliable full material indication, simple structure and low cost. (1) Bulk loaders are not suitable for materials that are sticky, corrosive, or have a temperature higher than 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) The loading speed of the SZ type cement bulk loaders is determined by the unloading valve and the conveying capacity of the conveying equipment. Generally, loading large trucks, trains, or ships requires a very fast speed. About 120-300 tons\/hour, and loading ordinary bulk loaders requires a slower speed, about 60-100 tons\/hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) Pneumatic valves should be used when there is a compressed air source (pressure of about 0.4MPa) at the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(4) Special designs and manufacturing can be carried out for users with special needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5) The SZ type cement bulk loaders are divided into two types: control cabinet control and button station control. The requirements must be stated when ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
